Aparthotel Learning Quarter is one of our fixed income projects in an alternative sector to that of RSA and Hotels. In fact, we are talking about APART / HOTEL, that is, residential cut-out apartments inserted inside a Hotel and completely managed and leased to third parties by a specialized company.
The structure must be built, so it is a so-called OFF PLAN project.
The manufacturer is a partner with whom we have worked for years, which has solid references and a large portfolio of projects already completed and sold successfully.
WHERE IS IT? We are in the city of Bradford.
2-STEP STRATEGIC POSITION FROM THE UNIVERSITY.
The city is located in the center of West Yorkshire , in the large conurbation of Leeds, to which it is contiguously urban. In the Yorkshire e Humber is the third largest city by population, after Leeds and Sheffield, immediately followed by Hull. It is located 75 kilometers east of the center of Manchester , and 328 to the north of London.
Price of each apartment: £ 65,000

This form of financing is FREE, it does not require expenses or investigations and increases the financial result of the operation (ROI), bringing it to 15.62% NET ANNUAL.
In this case, 52,000 pounds are invested and in 10 years you will receive 48,000 pounds annuity + the resale price of £ 81,250, for a total of £ 129,250 and a GAIN in 10 years: £ 77,250 = about € 9,000 / year.
FINANCIAL OPERATION = ROI = PROFIT / INVESTED CAPITAL = 77,250 / 53,000 = 145.75 divided by 10 years = 14.57% per annum.
On this transaction the legal fees / deeds are lumped in only 1,000 pounds and if you close the purchase process within 30 days of booking, will be free thanks to agreements of our organization with the manufacturer.
